Interior Designer Deborah “Deb’rah Porsche” Moses Murdered in Lagos

A promising interior designer known as Deb’rah Porsche has tragically lost her life, allegedly at the hands of her ex-boyfriend, in a brutal attack that has rocked the creative community and public conscience.

How the Tragedy Unfolded

Deborah Moses, who recently completed her NYSC service and was making strides building her career, fell victim to a premeditated attack. The suspect—identified as Lintex, reportedly from Otukpo in Benue State—invaded her home under false pretenses. Using deception, he convinced estate guards he was a delivery rider and subsequently climbed the fence after suspicion raised by security staff.

Once inside, he allegedly attempted to ignite an explosion by tampering with the cooking gas line outside. When that failed, he forcefully broke in and violently stabbed Deborah multiple times—resulting in her death.

A Love That Turned Fatal

Deborah and Lintex had ended their relationship more than a year prior. According to her sister, he continued to harass her, making alarming statements like, “If I don’t have you, nobody will. If I don’t marry you, blood will flow.” Despite Deborah’s efforts to move on, including avoiding strange calls and advances, the ex’s obsession proved fatal.

Aftermath and Calls for Justice

Neighbors intervened during the attack, overpowering the suspect and ensuring he was taken into custody. Deborah’s family, joined by activists, is calling for a thorough investigation and a fair trial—demanding that the case not be quietly resolved or forgotten.
